What AI chat can do

Plan

• Turn a goal into a small set of projects and starter tasks.
• Suggest realistic project dates toward a target date.
• Recommend three priorities for today.
• Rework slipped or overdue items while respecting hard deadlines.

Review

• Summarize hours, completed work, work notes, and goal movement.
• Highlight busy days, unfinished work, and a useful next focus.
• Answer questions about the goals, projects, tasks, and logs already in Nox.

Propose changes

• Create goals, projects, and tasks.
• Create projects linked to goals and tasks linked to projects.
• Update statuses, dates, and measurable goal progress.

You always review proposed changes before they are applied. Nox chat cannot see information outside the workspace context provided to it, and it should ask when a request is ambiguous rather than guess.

What it does not do

Chat does not silently edit the workspace, execute work, or know facts absent from your Nox data or prompt.

Use proposals for a first-pass plan, then inspect titles, dates, estimates, and relationships. For large goals, request a high-level structure and add detail as projects become active.
